AIDOGE is committed to conducting token sales responsibly and prudently. Given the uncertain and largely unregulated nature of cryptocurrency-related businesses and activities, AIDOGE has invested significant time and resources in carefully considering its business approach and proposed operations. The company strives to comply with all applicable regulations and requirements across various jurisdictions. However, due to the current global regulatory uncertainties, AIDOGE cannot guarantee the legality of its business platform or the development, construction, and licensing of any future token functionalities in every jurisdiction. Nonetheless, the company is dedicated to responding to and complying with regulations in the event of any regulatory investigations.
Under no circumstances shall AIDOGE or any of its current or former employees, officers, directors, partners, trustees, representatives, agents, consultants, or contractors (collectively referred to as "Company Representatives") be liable for:
Any loss of profits, loss of savings, or incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services, products, or tokens provided by AIDOGE, or from your or any third party's violation of these terms;
Any security risks such as hacker attacks, lost passwords, lost private keys, or similar situations;
Errors or inaccuracies in the code, text, or images involved in the token sale or any information available or contained therein, or any anticipated promises, representations, or warranties resulting (or purported to be created) therefrom;
Any losses due to fluctuations in token pricing in any country and on any exchange or market (regulated, unregulated, primary, secondary, or otherwise);
Any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to the purchase, use, sale, or other transactions involving tokens, or your failure to properly protect any private keys to the wallet containing the tokens (collectively referred to as "Exclusion of Liability Matters").
